Screen Printing and Heat Press

We offer high-quality, professional screen printing. We are able to print hundreds of shirts a day with our six-color, six-station press and conveyor dryer. Images are created with a digital film system and transferred onto high-tension, high-resolution screens with light-sensitive photo emulsion. We only use quality chemicals, including Franmar's enviromentally friendly products.

Our heat press unit quickly transfers images using high-temperature direct heat and pressure. This works best with numbers and letters for athletic apparel and even personalized size tags with your branding on it.

Product Finishing

We can take your printed product and add any finishing touches to it, whether you need them folded or ready for retail. We offer uniform folding and poly bagging to fit your store or company's standards. We can also attach hang-tags, supplied by your company or specially designed and created by us, with high-quality tag fasteners.

Creative Design

Our graphic design department is available for any artwork-related issue you may have, from simple logos and typesetting to full color images. We use new versions of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create professional, high-resolution images, and have in-house artists to provide art and illustrations to suit your needs.

If you already have an image that needs to be modified or adjusted, we provide services to finish the job. We can do color separations and provide mock-ups of your images so that you are confident and satisfied before production starts.
